Cancellation Policy:

Reservations are fully refundable with a minimum 14 days notice prior to arrival, less $40 cancellation fee per room.

Cancellations received within 14 days or less prior to arrival are subject to the total charge of the rooms reserved.

Early departures and no shows are regarded as a cancellation.
* By making a reservation guests agree that they have read and understood all our policies.
Reservation Policy:

All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file upon day of arrival.

Rates do not include the 8% PST & 5% GST applicable tax.

We accept Visa and Master Card.

All room rates include breakfast, ice cream sundae for two, use of guest lounge and onsite parking. Breakfast is served daily at 9am.

If needed, bike storage available.

No pets.

NO SMOKING/VAPING on entire property. A $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged for smoking/vaping in our home. Lighting candles or incense is not permitted.

Services and facilities are for registered guests only.

Quiet time is from 11 pm - 8 am.

It is expected that all guests consume alcohol responsibly. Guests abusing this privilege, or under the influence of any illegal substance, will be promptly asked to leave forfeiting any refund.
