​Cancellation Policy:

• Reservations are fully refundable with a minimum 14 days notice prior to arrival, less a $40 cancellation fee per room. 

• Cancellations received within 14 days or less prior to arrival are subject to the total charge of the rooms reserved.

• Early departures, date changes and no shows are regarded as a cancellation.

​Reservation Policy:

Autumn Lane is reserved for adults only, 19+.

​

• Maximum of two guests per room, as per West Kelowna Bylaws.

• Minimum 2 night stay required from June - September.  Limited one-night stays may be accommodated upon request.

• All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file at check-in.

• Rates are exclusive of 8% PST and 5% GST. Visa and Mastercard is accepted.

• Check-in:  4 – 7 pm only.  Early check-ins are unavailable. Guests arriving after 7 pm are kindly asked to provide at least one day’s notice. Please note that arrivals after 10 pm cannot be accommodated.

• Check-out:  11 am. Late check-outs are not available.

All room rates include a signature breakfast, ice cream sundae, use of guest lounge and onsite parking.

General Policies:

​

• Services and B&B is for registered guests only. Unregistered guests are not permitted on site. ​

• No pets. 

• NO SMOKING / VAPING of any substances in building or on grounds. A min.$500.00 fee will be charged if disregarded, plus any required costs to cover property damages. Guests will be asked to leave forfeiting any refund.

• Lighting candles / incense or cooking in the rooms is not permitted.

• Quiet time is from 11 pm - 8 am. 

• Breakfast is served daily at 9 am.

• Responsible alcohol consumption is expected of all guests. Guests abusing this privilege, or under the influence of any illegal substance, will be required to vacate the property without refund.
