Cancellation Policy:

Reservations are fully refundable with a minimum 14 days notice prior to arrival, less a $40 cancellation fee per room.

Cancellations received within 14 days or less prior to arrival are subject to the total charge of the rooms reserved.

Early departures, date changes and no shows are regarded as a cancellation.
Reservation Policy:
Autumn Lane is reserved for adults only, 19+.

Maximum of two guests per room, as per West Kelowna Bylaws.

Minimum 2 night stay required from June - August. Limited one-night stays may be accommodated upon request.

All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file at check-in.

Rates are exclusive of 8% PST and 5% GST. Visa and Mastercard is accepted.

Check-in: 4 – 7 pm. Please note that arrivals after 10pm cannot be accommodated. Guests arriving after 7 pm are kindly asked to provide a day’s notice.

Check-out: 11 am.
All room rates include a signature breakfast, a welcome ice cream sundae, use of guest lounge and onsite parking.

Services and B&B is for registered guests only. Unregistered guests are not permitted on site.

No pets.

NO SMOKING / VAPING of any substances in building or on grounds. A min.$500.00 fee will be charged if disregarded, plus any required costs to cover property damages. Guests will be asked to leave forfeiting any refund.

Lighting candles / incense or cooking in the rooms is not permitted.

Quiet time is from 11 pm - 8 am.

Breakfast is served daily at 9 am.

Responsible alcohol consumption is expected of all guests. Guests abusing this privilege, or under the influence of any illegal substance, will be required to vacate the property without refund.
